- You can find me in the northern district of Graz - in Andritz - in Papierfabrikgasse 4.
- Free parking! Access to Papierfabrikgasse via the Grazerstraße. Take the second exit on the small roundabout down to the end of the cul-de-sac, then half-left onto the parking lot in front of the blue building, you will find a signposted "Massagetherapie Matzer" parking space across from the house no. 4.
- Access from the Weinzöttlstraße (opposite Arlandgrund and its small shopping mall). You may use the "andrit's FMZ" parking lot - free of charge - and take a short 30m walk to the practice.
- Public transport connections:
My private practice is on the ground floor of the right entrance of the blue building, Papierfabrikgasse 4, and my sign is above the building’s intercom.
For your information: there are 5 steps (with railings) to the building's entrance. Should you require accessibility here which I cannot provide, please consider a home treatment plan.
By appointment only from Monday to Sunday from 9am to 9pm.
I have chosen these times deliberately, not only to be able to cater to people who work either office hours or in shifts, but also for patients requiring lymphatic drainage, where it is beneficial to rest as long as possible after treatment.
Weekend appointments are mainly reserved for emergencies and for single parents who are often dependent on weekend help for child supervision, but naturally, also for anyone else who only has time on Saturdays and Sundays to visit.

For your initial visit with a doctor’s referral:
It is important for both of us to make time for a discussion before your first treatment.
For best therapy results a detailed assessment of your health is required and I would like to have time to answer all your questions too. This can take approximately 5 to 20 minutes.
Please bring your doctor's referral with you, as well as any medical documents (X-rays etc.) and reports.
Don’t forget your reading glasses and/or your hearing aid (if necessary).
As prescribed treatment plans are to be completed within a certain time frame (depending on insurance cover), it would also be a good idea to bring along your calendar notebook so that we can arrange the best appointment dates and times for you well in advance.
